FAQs

BLOGGING

Are you blog posts optimised for SEO?

Yes. Every post we create follows SEO best-practice and includes meta-data for you to include with each blog post when publishing, including meta-descriptions, focus keywords, suggested URLs, formatting suggestions and internal links.

I’m not sure what topics to write about. Can you offer suggested blog topics for my business?

Absolutely. We can facilitate a brainstorm call with you to discuss your business goals, upcoming launches/campaigns, existing blog content, and more to ensure we create a library of engaging and strategic blog posts.

Why are your blog posts 850 - 1,000 words? Isn’t shorter content more engaging?

While social media best-practice encourages businesses to be concise with their copy, we find 850 - 1,000 words to be the sweet-spot for SEO-optimised blog content. This gives our copywriters enough words to inject tonnes of value, meaningful keywords and in-depth examples into every post without overwhelming readers with too much information.

COPYWRITING

If I’d like changes made to the copy you create, will I be charged extra?

All of our services (including copywriting for web, social and email marketing) have two rounds of amendments built into the initial quote we provide. If you’d like further changes made after this, we’ll send you a revised quote for these extra rounds of amendments.

SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

I want to launch my business on social media. Do I need a social media strategy?

We always recommend having a social media strategy in place before you start creating and sharing content to social media. This document acts as a roadmap to give your content clarity, direction and purpose, and we tie it directly back to your specific business objectives to help you achieve a tangible return on your investment.

A social strategy acts as your go-to content creation scaffold that explains why you’re sharing content to social media, what value you’re providing to your audience and how you’re going to hit your business goals using social media marketing.

I’ve already started sharing content to social media. Is it too late to create a strategy?

Absolutely not! While we love to come in and create a social media strategy before you launch, we can always step in and help you refocus your approach with a social media strategy at any stage in your businesses’ journey.

Do I still need a social strategy if I already have brand guidelines?

While brand guidelines are fantastic for clarifying your businesses’ visual identity, they won’t offer strategic advice about who you’re speaking to, what content you should be sharing and which social media platforms are the most appropriate for your business.

A social media strategy dives deep into purpose, goals, and objectives of showing up on social media. Plus, our 360 social media strategy offers comprehensive tone of voice guidelines, competitor audits, market research, messaging examples and more.

SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT

How do you share your social media content calendars?

We use Google Sheets to create and share all of our content calendars with our clients. Once these are ready for your review, we’ll share a link to these live documents where you can easily amend, add comments or leave feedback/notes for us.

Does your Content Calendar service including publishing content as well?

Due to the size of our studio, we are unable to take on new social content publishing and management clients at the moment. However, if this is something you’d be interested in - please let us know! As we grow, we're looking to expand the services we offer and this may be something we offer in the months to come.
